Memphis Grizzlies All-Star Ja Morant debuted his signature with Nike yesterday. In a commercial, Ja unboxed his new kicks with his daughter Kaari in a lighthearted commercial. The colorway came in a powder blue colorway with bright yellow, pink and green accents, fitting for his flamboyant playstyle and personality. The heel of the shoe has “I Am 12” inscribed as well.

For the Grizzlies’ Christmas game vs. the Golden State Warriors, Morant showed up in a purple, black, and teal colorway, with “We Ain’t Ducking No Smoke” on the heel.

Morant joins LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Paul George, and Giannis Antetokounmpo to the roster of signature athletes for Nike Basketball.

The Nike “Ja 1” is set to release in April 2023 with a price tag of $110.
