Givenchy FW23

Matthew Williams continues to grab the bull by the horns redefining menswear archetypes in his latest Givenchy Fall/Winter 23 collection. The show began with couture tailoring of black suits as the soundtrack by Bakar supported the looks that eventually would become more and more of William’s reimagined take on contemporary masculinity.

French fashion with American influence comes as no surprise from the savant designer, as we seen cargo trousers cut into skirts, chopped off bottoms of sweatshirts, unhemmed suits, patterns like faux snakeskin, cheetah print, plaid, mesh, canvas, and denim were also noteworthy throughout the show.
