It’s official! Two of the largest sports draws globally, WWE and UFC, have completed their merger, giving birth to TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO). Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel played a pivotal role in finalizing this merger, which will expand TKO’s reach to over 350 annual events, entertaining more than 1 billion fans in 180 countries worldwide. In a straightforward press release statement, Emanuel expressed, “The establishment of TKO marks an exhilarating new chapter for UFC and WWE, solidifying their positions as leaders in the global sports and entertainment industry.”
