Tom Brady Officially Announces Retirement From the NFL

After news leaked a few days ago, Tom Brady ha officially announced his retirement in a Instagram post. In the post, Brady reflects on his career and thanks many people who have helped him become who he is today. Brady spent 20 years with the New England Patriots, where he won 6 Super Bowls and set record after record. He played the last two seasons for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and won last year’s Super Bowl in his first year.

Brady finishes his career with 15x Pro Bowl, 3x All-Pro, 7x Champion, 5x Super Bowl MVP, a member of both the All-2000s and All-2010s teams, and a 3x League MVP.

Brady sits on top of the NFL leaderboards with 84,520 passing, 624 passing touchdowns, most passes attempted and completed.

Brady leaves behind a legacy of excellence and is almost universally accepted as the “G.O.A.T” of the NFL.
