Pharrell and Adidas have teamed up on a new Humanrace sneaker titled “Sičhona”.

The Sičhona sneaker is inspired by the Dakota word meaning ‘connecting to the earth’ or ‘barefoot’ , designed to grasp the feeling of linking to the earth beneath you.

Accompanying the release is the launch of the “I am Dakota, We are Dakota” Campaign organized by Josué Rivas, an indigenous creator.

The Sičhona sneaker will be available on August 27 on the Humanrace website
