Norfolk’s own Jiggy Min has released his EP “Free Skip”. The EP comes with 6 songs with a runtime of 15 minutes. “Free Skip” is dedicated to his older brother Skip, who has been incarcerated for the last 23 years. Jiggy is sending a message within his raps about how his family has shaped him and made him who he is today
