Freddie Gibbs and Madlib in retrospect are regarded as amongst the best at their individuals crafts with Freddie’s ability of dynamic wordplay and Madlib’s production skill. 

Throughout their careers the two of them have shared a seamless knack for collaborative records and projects and are no strangers to each other.

The two as a tandem have come together again to create another dynamic performance with a deluxe version of ‘Piñata’ an 83 track album of consistently mellow hype yet beautifully produced records.  The deluxe version of Piñata adds 66 records to the original 17 and is broken down into 5 different sections.

Section one features the original 17 tracks, with features from Earl Sweatshirt, Mac Miller, Bj the Chicago kid and more. Section 2 consists of new records alongside their instrumentals,  section 3 instrumentals of Piñatas songs, and sections four and five are Alex Goose remixes of songs on the project.
