Although Kanye West’s “DONDA” debuted number one on Billboard charts in 2021, West’s sequel album “DONDA 2” has been ruled ineligible for Billboard charts. “DONDA 2” was premiered last month in Miami and released exclusively via Kanye’s Stem Player which violates Billboards “Merch Bundle” policy which deems albums packaged with merchandise ineligible for charting.
