Disney+ announces “Kaiser Karl”, a new original series centered around late fashion icon Karl Lagerfeld.

“Kaiser Karl” will be a six-part series, and is currently being filmed in France, Monaco, and Italy. According to reports, the show will follow the rise of the German designer through the difficult fashion landscape of the 70’s. Daniel Brühl who stared in the Netflix Original All Quiet on the Western Front” and Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” is set to star as late fashion designer Lagerfeld.
