This evening, the NBA held there there annual draft lottery to determine who will draft at what position. The Detroit Pistons ended up winning the #1 pick for the first time since 1970, where they drafted Hall of Fame center Bob Lanier. The Pistons are likely to draft forward Cade Cunningham out of Oklahoma State. Cunningham averaged 20.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists in his lone college season.
