Now 30, Spencer Elden, otherwise known as the baby who appeared on Nirvana’s album “Nevermind” is suing the band on claims of “child sexual exploitation.”

Elden claims that the image has caused “lifelong damages” and is seeking $150,000 in damages from each defendant on top of legal costs for “knowingly produced, possessed, and advertised commercial child pornography.”
