Beyoncé Releases New Song BLACK PARADE

Queen Bey is back once again with her first solo song since her efforts on the Lion King soundtrack last year. Who better to release a song on Juneteenth ? — Beyoncé released her new song BLACK PARADE on all streaming platforms late Friday night. Throughout the song Beyoncé highlights the beauty of being Black with lyrics like

“Need peace and reparation for my people
Fuck these laid edges, I’ma let it shrivel up
Fuck this fade and waves I’ma let it dread all up
Put your fists up in the air, show black love
Motherland drip on me, motherland, motherland drip on me”

Along with the track, Beyoncé unrolled an online directory that spotlights Black-owned artists and other businesses through her BeyGOOD charitable foundation. Proceeds from the song benefit BeyGOOD’s Black Business Impact Fund.
