Freddie Gibbs Signs To Warner Records And Has New Music On The Way

In a Billboard exclusive, it’s been reported that Freddie Gibbs has inked a deal with Warner Music. Previously under RCA/Keep Cool, last year, Gibbs released his hit album Bandana, in collaboration with Madlib earning acclaim for their amazing efforts. Last month, Gibbs returned, linking up with Alchemist to release their joint effort, Alfredo, independently. About the signing, Norva Denton, SVP of A&R at Warner Records told Billboard

“This was a long time coming for me and my brother, damn near eight years in the making. This was personal, I’ve always saw him as one of the best in the game so just grateful we get to finally create”

Gibbs also reportedly will be releasing an album soon under the new label. Stay tuned for more information as it’s revealed.
