A Kendrick Lamar Biography ‘The Butterfly Effect’ Will Release This Fall

After two years of speculation and curiosity, Finally, music journalist and critic, Marcus J Moore has taken to twitter to announce the forthcoming release of a Kendrick Lamar biography, The Butterfly Effect: How Kendrick Lamar Ignited The Soul Of Black America. It’s been just under a decade since the release of Kendrick’s debut album GOOD Kid, M.A.A.D. city which captivated Hip Hop lovers globally. Since the debut album release Kendrick is now a 13-time GRAMMY winner, platinum plus selling recording artist, one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People, and Oscar nominated for “All of the Stars” from the Black Panther soundtrack, which he also curated. The Lamar biography is described as

“the definitive account of his coming-of-age as an artist, his resurrection of two languishing genres (bebop and jazz), his profound impact on a racially fraught America and his emergence as the bona fide King of Rap.”
