Virgil Abloh’s latest collection for Louis Vuitton, Men’s Fall/Winter 2020 show was set in a surrealist cloudscape featuring oversized tools of trade. His collection consisting of 56 looks accomplished Virgil’s goal as he stated before the show “Tailoring and the tapered silhouette — the firm symbols of convention, trade, and success — depart their corporate comfort zone. Twisted and turned, the dress codes of an old-world are neutralized, re-appropriated, and embraced for a progressive joie de vivre. Don’t let your day job define you”
