Wednesday night, Harlem native rapper A$AP Rocky returned to Stockholm, Sweden for the first time since August, when he was convicted over his role in a street brawl that garnered the attention of worldwide news including President Donald Trump. Earlier this month the rapper asked Sweden’s probation service for permission to play a show at a detention center (it turned down the request). Prior to his show at Ericsson Globe Arena, Rocky stoped by a school to speak to students from poverty stricken environments along with taking to instagram to announce anyone who considerably lived within the cities “slums” they could come to the concert and get in for free. (He later changed the offer due to security reasons stating they were forcing everyone to have a ticket for entry, so he priced those tickets at 1 Krona equivalent to 11 america cents). Just as most Rocky show’s take place, the crowd was raucous and had a fair share of legitimate mosh pits as Rocky performed inside a cage meant to represent the prison he was in during his previous legal troubles in the country. Attendees stated the place was electric throughout Rocky’s entire performance.
