Colin Kaepernick vs. NFL: Kaepernick files grievance for collusion

Former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick took legal action against the NFL recently by filing a grievance under recent collective bargaining agreements, which accuses NFL owners of collusion (an agreement between two parties, usually secretive, to defraud a person of their rights).
Colin claims that NFL owners are conspiring against him to keep him out of the league due to recent protests inspired by him. The burden of proof for the collusion states: “The failure by a club or clubs to negotiate, submit offer sheets, or to sign contracts with restricted free agents … shall not, by itself or in combination only with evidence about the playing skills of players not receiving any such offer or contract, satisfy the burden of proof set forth.”
